Support engineer

The new colleague’s tasks are

comprehension and knowledge of complex IT systems,
troubleshooting and error detection,
attendance of IT systems’ documentacion tasks,
operational tasks,
availability on-call (7 times 24 hours),
cooperation with other developer and supporting teams,
very exact and precise work,
testing tasks,
working abroad for a short time in case of need (maximum for 1 week).

Expectations

intermediate or advanced level IT qualification,
good communicational skills,
proficiency in English language.

Preference but not obligate requirement is

ITIL qualification,
IT professional experience,
object orientated programming knowledge,
knowledge of different operating systems (Windows Server, Linux),
knowledge of data structure management subsystems (Oracle, Microsoft SQL),
driving licence category B.
